Payment Schedule<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Confirmation Deposit:<\/strong>\u00a0A\u00a0<strong>30% of the total amount<\/strong>\u00a0is required at the time of booking to firmly secure the date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remaining Balance:<\/strong>\u00a0The\u00a0<strong>70% remaining<\/strong>\u00a0will be paid with a minimum of\u00a0<strong>15 days in advance<\/strong>\u00a0of the tour date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cancellation Policy by the Customer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any cancellation or request for modification must be communicated in writing to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:reservas@galiciaoriginal.com\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">reservas@galiciaoriginal.com<\/a>. The following refund brackets will apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>15 days or more before the tour:<\/strong>\u00a0Refund of\u00a0<strong>100%<\/strong>\u00a0the amount paid, deducting only the costs of tickets to monuments or third-party services already issued that are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Between 14 and 7 days before the tour:<\/strong>\u00a0Refund of\u00a0<strong>50%<\/strong>\u00a0of the total amount of the reservation (always guaranteeing coverage of direct costs already incurred with third parties).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6 days or less before the tour (or no-show \/\u00a0<em>no-show<\/em>):<\/strong>\u00a0No refund applicable (100% charge).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Special Cases and Exceptional Circumstances<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cruises and Port Emergencies:<\/strong>\u00a0If the tour is linked to a cruise stop and the ship cannot dock for reasons beyond the customer\u2019s control (port order or rough sea conditions), we commit to evaluate the situation to offer an alternative, an open date voucher, or agree on a fair and equitable solution for both parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weather Alerts:<\/strong>\u00a0The tours operate normally on rainy or sunny days. However, if the authorities declare an official weather alert that compromises safety, the case will be reviewed to reschedule the activity or agree on a fair resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
