Exclusivity Commitment: To ensure a personalized and high-quality experience, we block the date and the guide exclusively for each client in our schedule.
1. Payment Schedule
- Confirmation Deposit: A 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to firmly secure the date.
- Remaining Balance: The 70% remaining will be paid with a minimum of 15 days in advance of the tour date.
2. Cancellation Policy by the Customer
Any cancellation or request for modification must be communicated in writing to reservas@galiciaoriginal.com. The following refund brackets will apply:
- 15 days or more before the tour: Refund of 100% the amount paid, deducting only the costs of tickets to monuments or third-party services already issued that are non-refundable.
- Between 14 and 7 days before the tour: Refund of 50% of the total amount of the reservation (always guaranteeing coverage of direct costs already incurred with third parties).
- 6 days or less before the tour (or no-show / no-show): No refund applicable (100% charge).
3. Special Cases and Exceptional Circumstances
- Cruises and Port Emergencies: If the tour is linked to a cruise stop and the ship cannot dock for reasons beyond the customer’s control (port order or rough sea conditions), we commit to evaluate the situation to offer an alternative, an open date voucher, or agree on a fair and equitable solution for both parties.
- Weather Alerts: The tours operate normally on rainy or sunny days. However, if the authorities declare an official weather alert that compromises safety, the case will be reviewed to reschedule the activity or agree on a fair resolution.
4. Cancellations by the Agency
In the unlikely event that the agency must cancel the activity due to operational reasons or force majeure, an alternative date/time will be offered or the full refund of 100% of the amount paid will be processed immediately.
